Product Description

AV33012 is a mechanical fiber cleaver, which adopts wafer blade for fiber cleaving. During the operation, the fiber cleaving can be completed just by one push. When opening the clamp, the blade will automatically return back to the initial position, ready for next cleaving. AV33012 is applicable to cleaving of SM or MM silica fiber. By changing the fiber holder, it can also cleave the ribbon fibers up to 12 cores. AV33012 is compact, lightweight, convenient to carry and easy to operate, so, it is applicable to work in all situations.

• Adopting high-precision wafer blade

AV33012 adopts advanced high-precision wafer blade, which has 16 positions and each position is capable of 1500 times of cleaving. So, the whole blade is capable of about 24000 times of cleaving.

• Easy operation 

AV33012 is easy to operate. Just a brief training is needed before independent operation. After putting the fiber in the right place, only one push can complete the fiber cleaving.

• Automatic initialization of the blade position

After one cleaving, when opening the clamp, the blade will automatically return back to the initial position, ready for the next cleaving. It is time saving and highly efficient.
